What was the highlight of Roger's Place Hotel

Location.

Location. You can walk to Terminal 4 in under five minutes.

Unfriendly staff. Very expensive for what it is. There were bags of nuts in the room which appeared to be complimentary (like shampoo for example), as there were no prices given, but the staff will demand you pay for them. This was the only place we stayed in the Philippines where it felt that people were after your money and nothing else.

The bed was good, the location also was great because we...

The bed was good, the location also was great because we were looking for something close to the airport so it worked pretty well for us.

There is no window in the room, also the building is super noisy, people coming and going during the whole night, speaking loud.

Terrible dump.a horrible place.

Nothing of note was worth commenting on in a positive way. Other than the staff were pleasant.

The room was dirty, tiny, no light. Smelly, the sheets were dirty. The toilet in the bathroom didn't even have a toilet seat. A true kip of a place. I urge the health and safety inspector to pay them a visit. Stay well away. There are cheaper options that are better and certainly better option for the same price.

The hotel is located right next to the terminal 4,...

The hotel is located right next to the terminal 4, convenient for lay-overs/early flights to other islands and the hotel even offers shuttle transfer for free of charge (goes every 30 minute)

The room was dirty (they hadn't cleaned up the bathroom at all) and smelly, bad service. The breakfast was offered at a restaurant close by (basic philippino style breggie)

Place is quite good and comfortable.

For so many times i checked in your place..its my first time to stay in room no.13..The bed never screw up properly its sounded very noisy whenever we sit and lay down in the bed me and my husband nver sleep very well bec.of the bed.Pls let ur maintenance fix the bed well.And every year we stayed in your place there is always a good internet connection but me and husband surprised when you told us that we have to go the lobby just to connect for wifi how come???Im just being honest for what i've experienced.Thank u

Location is good but overall its a bad experience, all the stress that it cause me its not worth it.

Location is close to the airport.

I payed through booking.com and When I got there staff asked for my bank details again which they double charge me. When I finally noticed what they did they told me that they will refund me the money. I have to keep on phoning them and insisted that I am going to get my money back. They have given me the 2nd payment but when I get to the UK they took some money from my bank account without my permission. I’m on the process of disputing it from my credit card company. Staff are horrible and they won’t even help you carry your luggage upstairs and when we are on the way to the airport the receptionist phoned the van driver and accused us of taking a packet of crisp (piatos) what a cheek! Bed is falling to bits as well.

Close to Terminal 4

Staff were rude and sighed down he phone when I called from the airport for a pick up. They then accused me on check out of having taken a towel with me. The hygiene was so poor I was reluctant to even use the towel provided. Breakfast "provided" is from a chinese fast food restaurant next door.

Great location from the airport and staff from the reception desk is very accomodating, even I make an overseas call, she entertained my request to pickn up the guest from departure area as flight was cancelled

online booking is Expibsive than walk in... walk in room is much better than online booking.. as I incountered i walk in 2times Excellent...but online booking June 14/15 June 19/20 not satisfied

air con not good.not cool. Toilet shower broken..no water...toilet flush broken.. then always said ok..but no follow up Good as I said before I walked in 2x excellent but this 2x online booking no good..
